Client Conduct Policy



At WYG Glass Hawai‘i, we uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, integrity, and professionalism. In order to protect our team, our collectors, and the reputation of our brand, we require that all clients adhere to the following conduct policy:



1. Respectful Communication



All communications with our team, whether written, verbal, or online, must remain respectful and professional. We understand that art purchases involve passion and investment; however, harassment, threats, or abusive language will not be tolerated.



2. Anti-Defamation & Harassment



Any slander, defamation, harassment, or public misrepresentation of WYG Glass, our brand, our family, or our team members is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to immediately terminate engagements and cancel or refund pending orders if such behavior occurs.



3. Right to Refuse Service



WYG Glass Hawai‘i reserves the right to refuse service, cancel deposits, and/or close accounts where violations of this policy are present. This decision will be made at our sole discretion and may include issuing a refund in order to preserve the integrity of our process.



4. Dispute Resolution



All disputes or concerns must be addressed directly with WYG Glass in writing. Public disparagement is not considered an appropriate avenue for resolution and will be treated as a breach of this policy.



5. Enforcement



Violations of this Client Conduct Policy may result in termination of current or future business, cancellation of deposits, and/or legal action if defamation or damages occur.
