Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All WYG Glass pieces are individually documented prior to shipment. This includes authentication records, internal inventory logging, and required paperwork for domestic or international delivery.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

In certain cases, processing may take up 14-21 business days depending on documentation requirements, order volume, or destination.

Processing time begins after payment has fully cleared, not at the time of purchase.



Shipping Method & Tracking

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping carriers and service levels are selected based on destination, package requirements, and artwork protection standards.

WYG Glass is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.




International Orders

International shipments may require additional documentation and may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.


 

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, the recipient must contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Assistance may be provided upon request.




Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate and complete at checkout.

WYG Glass is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.




Final Sale & Artwork Handling

Due to the nature of handcrafted glass artwork, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Minor variations, measurements, or natural characteristics of handmade work are not considered defects.




 



All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from Hawai‘i.


Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment departs.


WYG Glass Hawai‘i LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier interruptions, weather events, or international inspections.


International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, or taxes imposed by their local jurisdiction.
