WYG Glass Hawai‘i LLC creates original, handcrafted glass artworks. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are considered final once shipped, except in cases of verified damage during transit.

WYG Hawai‘i LLC creates original, handcrafted glass artworks. Due to the handmade, collectible, limited-production, custom, and one-of-one nature of these works, all sales are final.

WYG Hawai‘i LLC does not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or shipped, except in cases of verified transit damage or confirmed fulfillment error determined solely by WYG Hawai‘i LLC.

Final Sale Policy

All works sold by WYG Hawai‘i LLC are considered:

  • final sale,

  • non-returnable,

  • and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • custom works,

  • commissioned pieces,

  • reserved inventory,

  • serialized works,

  • graded works,

  • archived pieces,

  • limited-edition releases,

  • modified works,

  • and made-to-order items.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms prior to shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify WYG Hawai‘i LLC within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include clear photographs of:

  • the external packaging,

  • shipping label,

  • internal packaging,

  • and the artwork itself.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility and available resolution options.

Refund & Resolution Review

Any approved refund, replacement, credit, or resolution is issued solely at the discretion of WYG Hawai‘i LLC after inspection, verification, and review.

Original shipping costs, insurance costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Shipping & Transit

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, operational scheduling, or circumstances outside WYG Hawai‘i LLC’s control.

Customers are responsible for:

  • accurate shipping information,

  • import compliance,

  • customs requirements,

  • duties,

  • taxes,

  • and local regulations associated with delivery.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact WYG Hawai‘i LLC directly and allow reasonable opportunity for review and resolution prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent claims, materially false disputes, abuse of payment protection systems, or attempted chargeback misuse may result in refusal of future service and submission of supporting documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, carriers, marketplaces, or relevant authorities where appropriate.

Policy Updates

WYG Hawai‘i LLC reserves the right to modify policies, procedures, pricing, operational practices, and service terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of WYG Hawai‘i LLC services constitutes acceptance of the most current published policies.
