What this intake is for
This page is intended for collectors already in possession of a WYG work who are seeking formal review of the piece’s background, ownership traceability, and alignment with known studio characteristics.
It is not an open registry submission page. Registry inclusion is reserved for works that successfully pass internal review and meet documentation standards established by WYG Hawai‘i.

- Collector name and contact information
- Approximate acquisition date
- Source of acquisition
- Piece type and visual description
- Clear images of the work
- Ownership or documentation details, if available

Submission of this intake does not guarantee authentication, certification, valuation, or registry acceptance. All determinations are made solely at the discretion of WYG Hawai‘i based on the information provided, the quality of documentation submitted, and internal review standards.
Incomplete, unclear, inconsistent, or unverifiable submissions may be declined without further review.
