Purchase Cancellation Policy

Effective: September 27, 2026, upon publication (Hawaiʻi time)

All sales are final. WYG Hawaiʻi LLC does not offer voluntary cancellations or refunds for change of mind after a purchase is completed.

Any gallery credit or exchange is a discretionary courtesy and exists only when confirmed in writing for the specific order.

Payments made toward artwork are not automatically classified as deposits or studio-time fees unless separate written terms agreed before purchase expressly state otherwise.

Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights remain unaffected. If WYG Hawaiʻi LLC cancels an order or is unable to fulfill it, applicable payments will be returned as required by law.

Earlier orders remain governed by the terms applicable when they were placed and any mandatory legal rights.
